Rice
3 cups water
4 tsp chicken bullion
4 tsp minced garlic
½ bunch cilantro
1 tsp cumin
1 can green chilies, diced
¾ tsp salt
1 T butter
½ onion
3 cups dry rice
Blend all ingredients but dry rice. Bring to a boil. Add rice. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Serve with Cafe Rio chicken and dressing as well as black beans, lettuce, tortillas, salsa, cheese, etc.
